POP UP CLASSES

What an absolute blast Illana's dance box classes are! I joined her online sessions as I am based out in Manchester and they are the absolute best way to start the day. You can't help but be carried away by her energy and her whole upbeat attitude is incredibly refreshing. Her dances are always new and exciting to learn and she breaks them down in a way that is easy to follow and understand. She has built a real empowering dance community through her classes and it is a wonderful thing to be a part of.

I love that DanceBox allows me to be free and express myself through dance but in the comfort of my own home so my anxieties don't sabotage me 💕

Dancebox invigorates my soul. After every class I feel empowered, vibrant and positive. Most importantly I feel like me - no pretences, no judgements and just full of joy.

Dancebox changed my life! I gained myself back through dancebox. My self esteem and confidence has grown massively. It’s also changed how I view myself! I no longer have insecurities like I did before, I look at myself and I love what I see and that’s purely down to dancebox and the beautiful community illana has built! I’ve made friendships for life and I couldn’t imagine my life without dancebox and the dancebox Queens ❤️

I think what I love most about dancebox is it's the only time my mind truly switches off. From the moment I step into the studio or join a live/saved video, my mind completely stops thinking about everything else and I'm just there listening to the music and moving my body. and focusing on Illana shouting at us 😅 (in the best way!) You know, I love a good walk for example, and would always encourage it, but on a walk I'm often still thinking about this or stressing about that, and for the times I just need a break from my own thoughts, I turn to DB x

DanceBox makes me feel alive. It gives me energy I didn’t know I had. It boosts my mood and makes me smile. DanceBox speaks my language. So grateful to be part of such a supportive and like-minded community
