lllana will be hosting an all day UK retreat providing the ultimate DanceBox experience.

The DanceBox 222 retreat will be levelled up from the last retreat Illana held in the summer of 2023.
We will be going in deeper and providing more.

The DanceBox retreat is a supercharged space to retune, recharge and reward yourself with the power and self love you deserve.
This day will exercise your body, of course, but more importantly, your mind & soul.
Here you’ll experience an abundance of healing, support, power and also be encouraged to open your mind and explore your why, whilst building your confidence and strength throughout your time with Illana.
Expect to leave feeling transformed.
Illana wants you to come along and be taken on a journey from beginning to end.

What an absolute blast Illana's dance box classes are! I joined her online sessions as I am based out in Manchester and they are the absolute best way to start the day. You can't help but be carried away by her energy and her whole upbeat attitude is incredibly refreshing. Her dances are always new and exciting to learn and she breaks them down in a way that is easy to follow and understand. She has built a real empowering dance community through her classes and it is a wonderful thing to be a part of.

I think what I love most about dancebox is it's the only time my mind truly switches off. From the moment I step into the studio or join a live/saved video, my mind completely stops thinking about everything else and I'm just there listening to the music and moving my body. and focusing on Illana shouting at us 😅 (in the best way!) You know, I love a good walk for example, and would always encourage it, but on a walk I'm often still thinking about this or stressing about that, and for the times I just need a break from my own thoughts, I turn to DB x
